Although, I consider my personal style to be classic, I often look for ways to add a little more personality to my looks, and one way that I try to do this, is by incorporating patterns and added design details into my outfits. Adding classic patterns like checks, and feminine details like ruffles, definitely allows me to maintain my classic style, while also giving my look a more eye catching appeal.
For this look, I paired my Zara Checked Frilled Top, with my Vegan Leather Pants. I added my Banana Republic Strappy Peeptoe Bottie, and my Rebecca Minkoff Mini Quilted Affair bag as accessories. I also carried and wore my Banana Republic Camel Coat to be covered for the chill in the air. I love that this top has frilled details on the sleeves and hemline. The details truly give this checked top a more striking visual appearance. This top can be paired with a variety of bottoms, and I personally plan on wearing it with gray culottes, my black frayed jeans, and also a black pencil skirt for a more dressed outfit.
