  • A Delicious Low-Fat Smoothie

L1002352I’m always looking for quick, healthy breakfast options, and smoothies are becoming one of my go to favorites.  They are super easy to make, they can be really good for you, and offer a simple way to stay on your healthy eating plan.  We all know that bananas are good for you, and what many may not know, is that they provide an instant and sustained boost of energy, making a banana smoothie the perfect way to jump start your day.  So, today, I’m sharing a quick and easy banana smoothie recipe that you are sure to love.

    Ingredients

1/2 Cup Fresh Bananas – Approximately 2 small bananas (Chunks Or Slices)

    1 Cup Low-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Of Water (Use 1/2 Cup Of Water For A Thicker Smoothie)

    1 Teaspoon Of Cinnamon

    Directions

Combine bananas, yogurt, and water in blender, and blend until smooth.  Garnish with cinnamon.  Pour and enjoy.

I hope you like the smoothie, and thanks for reading!
