  • Lulu With Grace Is Now “Your Midlife Maven”

“Three things in life – your health, your mission, and the people you love. That’s it!”…As I mentioned previously in a social media post, I’m excited to share that I have recently completed my nutrition certification training, and I’m now a Certified Nutrition Coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer.  These two certifications have been a goal for me for some time, because of my personal passion for health and wellness, and my mission of being a trained and knowledgeable resource for midlife women, to help them live healthy, fit and well.

Also, I’m excited to share the new name and rebranding of my social media and blog.  Lulu With Grace has now officially become “Your Midlife Maven.” I chose this name because I believe it more appropriately represents the focus and mission of what I want to contribute with my platform, and it allows me to personally connect with those who I truly want to serve.  With the exception of my Facebook group, which I’m currently working with Facebook to transition, all of my social media has officially been changed to “Your Midlife Maven.”

Lastly, to give you an idea of some of the things coming with “Your Midlife Maven,” I will be sharing information, tools, and resources designed to focus on the health, fitness, and wellness changes women experience during midlife.  These things will be shared through what I’m calling the “4-C’s,” which include the following:

    • Content (Social Media & Blog)
    • Coaching (One-On-One/Individual Coaching)
    • Courses (Group Courses) & Educational Guides
    • Challenges

So, please continue to follow along for what I believe will be information in various forms that can truly be helpful and beneficial for midlife women.

As always, thanks so much for reading!
