Walking along the beach, and being barefoot in the sand was one of my most favorite things to do on Waikiki beach. One of the things I enjoyed most about our hotel, the Moana Surfrider, was the easy access to their private beach. It was perfect for a morning beach walk or an evening sunset stroll. After a quick breakfast at the Veranda At The Beachhouse at our hotel, we walked the beach to start the day. Breakfast at the Veranda was so relaxing. The classic Victorian architecture, shaded under the canopy of the historic banyan tree with the sound of ocean waves lapping aside the shores of Waikiki was such a beautiful and scenic way to start the day.
I wore this white linen dress for the beach walk, and a day around the island. For me, nothing says beach wear like white linen, be it pants, shorts, or a dress, and this white linen dress is definitely one of my vacation essentials. I added a little island flare with the lei headband for a festive mood and fun colorful touch to the dress. This white linen patio dress was perfect for the day, because it is light, airy and cool for the beach and doing things around the island. The classic look of the dress, definitely makes it a good investment, because it can be worn for beach wear on vacation or any summer day or evening event even when you’re not traveling.
