I recently read this quote that said “Find your passion.  Figure out who you want to be, what you want to do, what inspires you and gets you up in the morning eager to start the day, and then figure out how you can get there, what it would take to be that person, and then do it.”  This quote resonated with me, because it somewhat outlines the exact steps I took when finding my passion for blogging.

I’ve always had a love for writing, a passion for fashion, and the desire to inspire, and when trying to figure out how to incorporate these things into something I would be excited about doing on a regular basis, I discovered blogging, and created Lulu With Grace.  My blog has truly become something that inspires me, and hopefully others, and that I am eager to wake up to every morning.  Although, it may not always be possible to make your passion your primary career, there are ways to turn your passion into a hobby, and eventually have it become a larger part of your daily life.  If you find yourself thinking about exploring your true passion, and you’re feeling stuck, in today’s post, I’m sharing a few steps that I took to help me identify what I truly love to do.  So here are a few things I did…

Start With A Positive Mindset – Before embarking on anything new, my personal motto is always, “Get your mind right.”  Make the choice to believe that you can do anything you want in life, especially the things that you love doing most.

Take An Inventory Of The Things You Love – Make a list of all of the things you truly love, love to do, and that inspire you.  Finding your passion starts with identifying those things that really matter to you most.

Do Some Research – Once you’ve identified the things you love doing most, do some research on how you can turn the things you personally love into a hobby or a profitable passion.

Block Out Any Self Doubt Or Negativity – As soon as you hone in on your passion, and get serious about pursuing it, you will often start to think of all the reasons it won’t work.  Prepare to block out all of the negative thoughts and self doubt that may come to mind, be brave, and just go for it.

Envision Success – I truly believe that whatever you put out into the universe, is what comes back to you, so envision yourself doing the things that you love, and being successful at it.

I hope today’s post has inspired you to find and/or pursue your passion, and I hope the post has given you a few tips for getting started.  You can shop the items in this post by clicking the links above in “Outfit Details”, or you can visit the Shop Fashion Page here.  Also, you can shop Lulu With Grace partner sales and promotions here.

    As always, thanks for reading!
