This season, spring fashion trends are filled with pretty pastel hues, breezy fabrics, and playful prints and patterns. One pattern that is truly having a moment right now is polka dots. They can be found on everything from tops, dresses, and skirts, to accessories like bags and shoes. I’m personally loving this polka dot trend, because to me, it’s a classic pattern with vintage charm.
Styling polka dot pieces, and creating looks that you love starts with finding the right items and pairing them perfectly. Although polka dots may feel whimsy and playful, the right pieces can definitely be styled to create chic and sophisticated looks that are suitable for any occasion. In today’s “Style Guide,” I’m sharing five ways to wear this stylish pattern.
Style Guide: 5 Ways To Wear This Stylish Pattern
A Polka Dot Top – Style A polka dot top like the one I’m wearing here with jeans for a casual look, or a midi skirt for a wear to work or beyond outfit.
A Polka Dot Skirt – Pair a polka dot skirt like this one here and here with a simple and classic white blouse or a slightly fitted top of any color.
A Polka Dot Dress – A polka dot dress like this one here, here and here, is a perfect example of a classic statement making dress. You can style these dresses with heels or a pair of chic flats for a super stylish look.
