Every spring I find a color that I fall in love with, and this spring that color is violet. I’m loving violet this spring because it’s both soft and bold, and because it is a color that can be paired with so many other colors. Violet, also considered a vintage shade of purple is a romantic color that evokes a feeling of nostalgia especially during spring, and this vivid hue is sure to make a statement in any outfit.
For this look, I paired this violet Banana Republic Layered Tank with my Loft Striped Culottes In Marisa Fit. I added my Banana Republic Holland Heel Sandal, and my DVF Heritage Crossbody Bag. I really liked pairing this vivid violet top with these striped culottes. I like the contrast in colors, and the striped pattern on the bottom. You can really tell how much I like violet, since I combined both the violet top and shoes in this outfit. If you like this violet color as much as I do, consider adding a few violet pieces to your spring and summer and wardrobe. This color is perfect to pair with white, blue, purple, gray and even black, and also works well with floral prints, and stripes for spring and summer.
