    Welcome to the “Your Midlife Maven” membership subscription program.   This membership subscription program is designed to offer exclusive midlife health and wellness information, tips, tools and resources for midlife women (ages 40+).  Currently there will be four membership subscription levels available for you to access exclusive member content designed to help you live happy, healthy and well during midlife and beyond.   

    The Membership Subscription Levels Are:

    Midlife Explorer – Designed for midlife women who are just starting to focus on their midlife health and wellness, and who would like “explore” simple tips, tools and resources to learn how to more easily manage their midlife health and wellness changes and challenges.  Learn more and sign up here.

    Midlife Discoverer – Designed for midlife women who have been actively working on their midlife health and wellness, and who would like to “discover” more ways to improve their midlife health and wellness lifestyle, and also have regular access to detailed tips, tools, and resources (guides, video tutorials, other downloadable materials, etc.) to help them live their best midlife.  Coming soon.

    Midlife Transformer – Designed for midlife women who fully understand the importance of taking care of their midlife health and wellness, and who are now at the point where they would like to “transform” their midlife health and wellness through regular and on-going access to midlife health and wellness practices, tips, tools, and resources (workshops, interactive trainings, chats, recipe books, etc.) designed to transform their midlife lifestyle; mind, body and spirit.     Midlife Icon – Designed for midlife women who have become their own midlife health and wellness advocate, but who’s also in need of expert guidance to take their midlife health and wellness to the next level of “icon” status through high-level health and wellness advice and guidance, as well as more advanced tips, tools and resources (online mini-courses, resource libraries, extended workshops, etc.) to up-level their midlife health and wellness lifestyle; mind, body and spirit.  Coming soon.
