Your Midlife Maven is my platform to share and connect with those who love all things health, fitness and wellness, and to educate and be a resource for women 40 and over, who are looking to improve their health/nutrition, fitness and wellness, while managing the many changes of midlife. Your Midlife Maven is rooted in a holistic approach to health and wellness, that addresses the whole person, and offers health/nutrition, fitness and wellness coaching and guidance for women 40 and over, who are looking to live their best life during and after midlife (ages 40-65). Through Your Midlife Maven, I hope to share my passion for helping midlife women to look and feel their best, to be a source of education, training, and inspiration to empower midlife women to get and stay healthy, fit and well, and to also encourage them to thrive, and not just survive during midlife and beyond.
