I truly believe everyone should have one outerwear piece in their closet that can be worn with almost everything, and for almost any occasion, and for me this camel cape has become that piece. Capes are perfect for fall, and they are a great layering piece as we move into the more winter months. Capes are very chic and timeless, and they are an easy way to add texture and style to any outfit.
For this outfit, I wore my Ann Taylor City Cape paired with my Ann Taylor Long Sleeve Turtleneck, and my Zara Ripped Cigarette Jeans. Because I love animal print accessories, I added my Ann Taylor Leopard Haircalf Belt, and my Ivanka Trump ‘Sophia’ Calf Hair Platform Pump. I finished the look with my Michael Kors ‘Medium Selma’ Zip Top Satchel, and my Express Tortoise Shell Cat Eye Round Sunglasses. Because there are so many ways to wear capes, you are guaranteed to see this cape on the blog more this fall. To give you some idea of the many ways you can wear your cape, in today’s “Style Guide”, I’m sharing 5 ways to wear a cape this fall.
