  • New Things Added To “Your Midlife Maven”

     

    The start of a new month is always a great time to grow and expand.  Whether it’s personal and/or professional growth, as the saying goes “Change Is Good,” and here on “Your Midlife Maven,” there are quite a few new and exciting things happening this month.  Two things I shared on “Your Midlife Maven” social media yesterday, is the new newsletter “Midlife Healthy Living With YMM, Your Midlife Maven,” that will be sent to e-mail list subscribers beginning Sunday, May 8th, and the FREE “14-Day May Midlife Healthy Living Challenge,” that you can begin at any point during the month of May.

    The new newsletter format will be more of a magazine style newsletter, and as you can see from the cover here is this post, the topics covered will definitely provide you with nutrition, fitness and wellness tips, tools and information to help you navigate midlife living while getting healthy, fit and well.  You can sign up for the newsletter here

    In addition, the FREE “14-Day May Midlife Healthy Living Challenge” is designed to give you self-directed, small and sustainable healthy living tasks to do daily for 14 days, so that you can easily and effortlessly begin to make healthy lifestyle changes.  You can get the challenge guide and start the challenge here.
