To me, jeans should be a staple in everyone’s wardrobe. They can be worn in so many ways, for a variety of occasions, and all year long. As fall begins to slowly officially usher itself in, jeans will definitely begin to replace many of my summer favorites (sundresses, shorts,etc.). Gone are the days when jeans were simply reserved by some for errand days, and not so glamorous looks, so in today’s post, I’m sharing four quick ways to looked pulled together in your jeans. One of the things I love most about wearing jeans, is the fun you can have styling them, and creating different looks. Regardless of where I’m wearing my jeans, my goal is to always try to look pulled together and polished.
Now, for the me the foundation of any jean look is a good pair of jeans. If you visited my closet, you would find a wide range of jeans, ranging from the more pricey to more moderate priced pairs. When I find a brand or two that I really like, I stick with them, and I will have a range of styles in that brand from skinny to flares. In today’s post, I’m wearing these great Express Black High Waisted Distressed Knee Jean Leggings. They fit and feel amazing, and the denim fabric is so soft. To start my fall transition, I paired the leggings with this camel Express Extreme Circle Hem Tunic Sweater, that is definitely lightweight enough to wear as a transitional fall piece. I added the Ivanka Trump ‘Sophia’ Calf Hair Leopard Pumps, and my Zach Posen East/West Satchel. Although nothing in this look is overly dramatic or extremely fashion forward, it is an expression of my somewhat simple and classic jean styling.
If you are looking to add some polish to your jean looks, here are 4 quick ways to look pulled together in your jeans, in today’s “Style Guide”.
Style Guide: 4 Quick Ways To Look Pulled Together In Your Jeans
Add A Soft Feminine Sweater – Try a girly sweater in a classic color like white, black or camel for an easy clean pairing.
Pair The Jeans With A Printed Pump – Nothing says classic like a pair of pumps with jeans. A printed pair simply ups the style points.
Grab A Structured Bag – A structured bag adds a chic feel to any outfit, and pairing it with jeans is no exception.
Throw On A Blazer – Adding a blazer to any jean outfit, quickly and easily gives the look a pulled together and polished feel.
I hope these “Style Guide” tips will help you in giving your jean outfits a pulled together look.
