Well, as you may have noticed, Lulu With Grace has been on a little blog post hiatus, and I’m excited to share with you what I’ve been up to lately.  In addition to my son being home from college for a short six week summer break, family travel, and working on some exciting brand collaborations with LO’ccitane and Ralph Lauren on Instagram here, I’ve been doing a little soul searching about the direction of my blog moving forward.  After almost two and a half years in existence, I still feel like there is so much more that  I can do with my brand and platform to inspire and empower my readers and followers.  So, after some time of reflection and identifying where my true passion lies, I’ve settled on a few enhancements I would like to make to my blog in the future.

As a self proclaimed personal development junkie, I find myself always reading and researching books and articles that motivate me to achieve my dreams and goals.  I love reading and writing down personal affirmations that not only inspire me, but that I can also share with others to serve as inspiration and motivation.  My friends and family members have told me that I always seem to share something with them that gets them excited about their personal goals, so in many ways I feel like this could definitely be my purpose.  Although, I will definitely still serve as a resource for fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends and topics, an added goal of Lulu With Grace will be to go beyond simply sharing style, beauty and lifestyle tips, tools and how-to’s, and to also incorporate personal growth and development content that will not only encourage aspiration, but that will also facilitate a community of open dialogue and support for us all.  For me personally, this will allow me to combine both my purpose of inspiring the personal development of myself and others with my passion for style, beauty and lifestyle content.  My hope is that Lulu With Grace will become a place for inspiration, where we can all learn from the life and experiences of each other.

In closing, I want to thank you all for your continued support of Lulu With Grace over the past two years.  I’ve enjoyed sharing my style, beauty and lifestyle posts with you, and I’m looking forward to now sharing even more of my life’s journey.  If you’re looking to begin the process of finding your purpose, I would suggest starting by making a list of things that get you excited and motivate you, and start journaling how you can include these things in your daily personal lifestyle and professional career.  Over time you may start to see a pattern of interests that actually lead you to your purpose.
